Support

Our support team will gladly answer all your questions about products, delivery or complaints. You can call us from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 16:30. You can also send us an e-mail. We will answer these in the normal case not later than the following day.

Delivery

The delivery takes place either with a supplier commissioned by us or by a freight forwarder. Obviously, you will receive a delivery date proposal or a shipping notification in advance.

Assembly

In addition to the self-assembly you have the possibility to book a professional assembly by our assembly team. In the normal case the assembly will be done directly when the delivery takes place. Your furniture is built securely and cleanly. We also take care of the disposal of the packaging.

Guarantee

During the warranty period of 2 years, you have the possibility to contact us at any time if you have problems with your furniture. After the end of the 2 years, you can of course still purchase spare parts from us.

Showroom

In our showroom you can convince yourself of our quality and inspiration. We would be happy to advise you in a friendly atmosphere and show you the structure and functions of our SMARTBett. If you need an article urgently, we can check if it is in stock and in this case a takeaway would be possible.

Improvement

Our products are constantly being tested and improved. Here we can even incorporate suggestions from our customers. This can affect our products themselves, as well as suggestions for improvement, which refer to the assembly instructions.
